Merlin API Performance Degradation
April 5, 2025All systems back to normal operation. The root cause was identified as a network routing issue between our primary and secondary data centers.
We are observing increased response times for compression operations in the Merlin API. Our engineering team is investigating the cause.
Aurora API Scheduled Maintenance
March 28, 2025Maintenance completed successfully. All services are back online with improved performance.
Scheduled maintenance has begun. The Aurora API will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours while we upgrade the underlying infrastructure.
